Among the purposes of ANIPIO fall to qualification and professional updating on the infectious risk of nurses, according to training models and paradigm of continuous learining or “lifelong learning”.Continuing training sees the direct involvement of the health care professional, who chooses to enrich his or her skills to be spent in the context in which he or she works.
In this context, and in order to spread the sense of belonging to the Scientific Society, the Working Group on University Training was established, which deals with the design and structuring of the contents of educational catalogue offered by ANIPIO.
- The objectives underlying the work of the group on continuing training are:
- - Infectious Risk Management in different organizational contexts, using different experiences and contexts;
- strategies for the analysis of infectious risk;
- leadership and communication styles;
- Project Management.
